Our office philosophy is to try to help the clients understand their cases. I think in addition to that, we also prepare every case as if it is going to trial. A lot of firms will say that. They have a high turnover rate of the cases. In our office, it is more a philosophy. We actually are prepared and we plan to go to trial with each case and our hope is that we can resolve that before having to do that, but we definitely plan to go to trial with the hope of resolving it. I think a lot of firms plan to take the case in order to resolve it and that is a little bit of difference but sometimes it is a very important difference.
