Lea’ has been at The Young Firm since 2000. She has been happily married to her husband, Joe, for over 25 years and they have two amazing children: Beaux and Ellie, and one grandson: Waylon. Lea’ has lived in the New Orleans area all of her life and feels blessed to have been raised in a city known for its southern hospitality. She and her husband are loyal Saints and LSU fans who enjoy tailgating and attending any festival the city has to offer with their family and friends.

Lise joined The Young Firm in 2011. She is a certified paralegal and has worked in the legal field for over 20 years. Although Lise was born in Chandler, Arizona, she lived and traveled all over our great country with her father who served in the United States Air Force. After hours, she works with Animal Rescue New Orleans (ARNO) shelter helping to re-home thousands of animals. She and her husband enjoy their four dogs: Dino, Speckles, Belle and Gen. When she’s not rescuing dogs and cats, she likes to take vacations with her husband.

Kim joined The Young Firm in 2012. She was born and raised in New Orleans and enjoys watching movies, reading books, and walking around her neighborhood. At home, she loves to play with her rescue cat, Luna, and her daughter’s rescue dog Max. Kim is a Disney and Marvel fanatic, and loves to watch their movies and tv shows. Above anything else, her most cherished time is spent with her children, Sarah and Katie, and her granddaughter, Annabel.

Rebecca joined The Young Firm in 2013. She’s a certified paralegal with over 25 years experience working with both plaintiff and defense firms, so she’s very familiar with each side of our cases. Rebecca is a native of New Orleans and she and her husband are proud parents of two wonderful girls, Madeline and Caroline. They also have a dog, Tyke, two cats, Tiana and Simba. After work, Rebecca enjoys relaxing with friends and family, going to her kids’ sports games and baking. Her favorite pastime is trying new restaurants in New Orleans.

Andrea joined The Young Firm in 2014. Her favorite thing about working at The Young Firm is the positive and inviting atmosphere. Andrea was born and raised in Marrero, Louisiana and she and her husband have two children - Adrianna and Adrian. In her downtime, she loves to spend time with her family and loved ones. Her favorite pastimes are watching movies, “learning” to cook, and catching up on her media gossip.

Joy joined The Young Firm in 2014. All our clients love “Mama Joy” because she makes sure that they are always taken care of. Her favorite thing about working with The Young Firm is that our entire team is like one big, extended family. She and her husband have four children: Evan, Layla, Aria, and Sage. Outside of work, Joy loves to go fishing, having family get-togethers “just because,” and going to the movies. Her favorite pastimes are cleaning, catching up on her TV shows, and…more cleaning

Paige joined The Young Firm in 2015. She graduated from Loyola University New Orleans in 2013. She and her husband Luke love spending time cooking, spending time with their family and friends, and listening to live music wherever they can find it. You’ll catch them cheering on the Saints and LSU Tigers every football season. In her free time, she loves to visit as many local restaurants as possible and find new recipes and crafts to try on Pinterest.
